Data collected

The contact form collects the data you enter in it: company, name, e-mail address, telephone, subject and message.

The quotation request keeps in your browser the references you select, their quantities and your contact details, so that they carry over from one page to the next. This data leaves your device only when you send the request, through your own mail program.

No account is created and no payment is processed on this website.

Purpose and retention

The data you send is used solely to answer your request and to draw up an offer. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.

It is kept for two years from the last contact and then deleted. Documents that form part of the accounts — an order, an invoice — are subject to the statutory ten-year retention period.

Cookies

This website sets one technical cookie to remember that you have read the notice shown at the bottom of the screen, and keeps your quotation request in your browser's local storage.

No advertising cookie and no third-party tracking tool is set.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to sales@e-lighting.ch.

You can erase the data kept by your browser at any time by emptying your quotation request or clearing the site's history.
